Troy McClendon, Director of Operations, updated the board on ongoing construction and facility projects. He reported five roofs completed and outlined additional projects including PHS roof replacement, administrative HVAC redesign and replacement, a district energy management system, PHS elevator replacement, Russell property demolition, and CTE/Fine Arts work at PHS and improvements at Pampa Elementary.
