The New Boston ISD Board of Trustees approved a budget amendment during its Oct. 20, 2025 meeting. The motion was made by Kevin Oliver and seconded by Paula Williams; the vote carried 5-0 with Welda Cox, Jerry Davis, Jr., Kyle Erwin, Kevin Oliver and Paula Williams recorded as voting in favor.
