The Board approved the district’s Rural and Low Income Schools (RLIS) grant on Oct. 20 following a brief public comment period that opened and closed at 5:50 p.m., per the minutes. Trustee Cliff Kerby moved approval and Trustee LaWanda Ladell seconded; the motion carried unanimously, 5-0.
