During the Oct. 29 special meeting the council adopted an Authorized Representative Resolution appointing a representative to sign DEP SRF forms tied to the bond financing. Councilor Charlene Louk moved to appoint Mayor Sam Maxson as the Authorized Representative; Councilor Karen Phillips seconded the motion. The motion passed by unanimous vote.
