At the May 18 meeting the Selectboard heard an updated MERP plan presented by Roger Strobridge. Strobridge reported that State MERP administrators approved changes allowing Worcester to allocate MERP funds to install a 24-panel solar array configured as 3x8, with 440-watt panels, on the town's Solar Pavilion.
