The Richland County Board of Commissioners approved the second reading and final passage of a new Animal Control Ordinance on July 7, 2026. The vote was unanimous (5-0); Park Board will discuss additional signage at its July 13 meeting.

The Richland County Board of Commissioners approved the second reading and final passage of the Animal Control Ordinance during its July 7 meeting. Commissioner Nathan Berseth moved the measure and Commissioner Tim Campbell seconded; the motion passed unanimously (5-0).
