The board approved an engagement agreement with Kutak Rock LLP on June 22 to provide legal representation to the Fayette County Development and Finance Authority (FCDFA). Commissioner Tony Anderson moved to authorize the agreement and Commissioner Donald L. Fleak seconded; the motion passed on a unanimous roll call.
