Knotweed project QAPP revised after EPA requests; PM and DCM roles split

Kip Potter reported the EPA returned comments on the Quality Assurance Project Plan for the MCC’s knotweed project and asked that one person not hold both the Project Manager (PM) and Data Control Manager (DCM) roles. The commission agreed Kip would serve as PM and Cliff Loos as DCM. Kip said he will make the required changes and submit the revised QAPP to EPA this week.
Members discussed the administrative change and accepted it as a reasonable compliance step. No change in project scope or funding was reported at the meeting.
