Under unfinished business, the Town Prosecutor told the council the court is still waiting for a response from Higginbotham at 604 Madison and that Higginbotham will have an upcoming court hearing. The prosecutor said Adcox at 608 Washington appeared in court on March 30, 2026 and agreed to pay $250 for an infraction; the prosecutor recommended giving Adcox 60 days to finish cleanup with a 45-day check-in and warned he "will file criminal charges against him if nothing is done."
