Veterans Services Officer Brett Brandon participated by phone and requested approval of a Memorandum of Understanding permitting comp-time exceptions during training for a new Assistant Veterans Services position; the Board approved the MOU (mover: Jim Duckstad; seconder: Sharon Bring), recorded 5-0. The Board also approved an MOU relating to benefits and hours for a Passport Clerk/Veterans Grant position (M/S/C Duckstad, Bring 5-0).
