The council discussed a draft Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) code and potential infrastructure impacts. Attorney Jeff and Eli from BHC recommended adding language addressing water and sewer impacts and new connections. Mayor DeVere asked Clerk Luanne to contact town engineers to learn how other municipalities handle water/sewer requirements for ADUs.
