The Redfield City Council voted Sept. 2 to conduct an annexation study for Parcel ID #006582 and Parcel ID #006581 (motion by Jessi Lewis, seconded by Dana Lewis). The measure passed unanimously, and the minutes record that the council directed the study to proceed.
