The Todd County Board on July 21 adopted the county's Data Practices Policy for Data Subjects, effective that day. The policy is described in the minutes as based on the Minnesota Department of Administration's Model Policy and intended to serve as a companion to a general Data Practices Policy the board adopted June 16, 2026.
