Board members used the reports portion of the meeting to discuss the EASD (design-guidelines) book and next steps for refining design expectations for Eagle. The chair and staff encouraged board members to gather photographs and examples of buildings or features they consider appropriate or inappropriate for Eagle’s character and suggested an informal session—proposed for the second meeting of April—to consolidate comments and narrow design-style recommendations.
