Carl Baker presented renderings, floor plans and material samples and said the small front-yard grass shown is common area. “These are what we're building,” Baker said, describing the model homes and layouts. Planning staff Emily Falco told the board the application needs revised elevations showing concealed fasteners for metal roofing and asked the board to add a condition requiring lighting cut sheets at 3,000 Kelvin. A board member moved to approve the project with the added 3,000-K condition; the motion carried by voice vote.
