The Design Review Board approved DR-2026-33, a three-building, nine-unit townhome project in Val Nova submitted by Tricidio Homes (presented by Carl Baker). Planning staff recommended deferring color and materials to the board while adding a site-specific requirement for concealed fasteners on metal roofing and a lighting specification.
