Avon City Council on June 1 approved Ordinance No. 64-26, authorizing Construction Contract Change Order #1 for the State Route 83 and State Route 254 intersection project (PID 111283, LOR SR 0254 05.66). The clerk read the ordinance title and council voted 7–0 to suspend the rules and adopt the measure as an emergency.
