How to sign up for Census geographic programs, and who can access Title 13 data
In a Q&A session, Census geographers said partners will be invited directly but can email [email protected] to request participation; LUCA forms (including confidentiality forms) will be available in the partner portal and both tools are being tested for 508 accessibility.

During a question-and-answer segment, Census staff answered common partner questions about signing up, data access and accessibility. Michael Reedman said the Bureau typically reaches out to eligible governments and explained that if a jurisdiction believes it should have received an invitation it can email [email protected] to request assistance. "If you send us an email there, we can put you in touch with the right party," he said.
