Commissioners back zoning and plan changes to let long‑standing contractor expand

Kelly Delmonico, planning consultant for BT Roads LLC and the property owners, asked the board to change future land use from Res6 to Community Commercial and to rezone adjacent parcels (BU1A & AU → BU2) so a local contractor, Building Management Systems (BMS), could expand. Delmonico said BMS has operated on the north parcel since 1984 and the request aligns zoning with existing uses.
