At the Dec. 2, 2025 meeting, the Mercer County Board accepted Josh Frieden's suggestion to appoint Kasi Henshaw to the Quad Cities Economic Development Authority. The motion to accept the appointment was made by Chris DeMink and seconded by Gary Gregg; the board voted 6-0 to approve the appointment.
