A contested, high-value parcel owned by JZTZRE, LLC was the subject of a split vote at the July 24 Board of Equalization meeting. Rick Clabaugh moved, and Terry Jurgens seconded, to lower the valuation on parcel #010635030 to $3,300,000; following discussion and a call for the question by Supervisor Rex Adams the motion passed on a recorded 3–1 vote with Vice Chairman Emily M. Haxby voting nay.
