• Resolution j7 — Authorize an MOU with Environmental Leaders of Color to conduct a summer student program at the youth bureau. Passed.
• Resolution j8 — Schedule a public hearing for May 27 to consider repeal of Chapter 106 and creation of Chapter 10 (procurement/best value). Passed with a majority.
• Resolution j9 — Authorize acceptance of mobile radios from Westchester County for police use under an intermunicipal agreement. Passed.
