Wood River Rural Schools on March 10 approved a bid from Messersmith Electric to replace elementary-school lighting and authorized an allowance of up to $54,000 for ceiling work at the superintendent's discretion. The motion, offered by Nick Rennau and seconded by Craig Huxtable, passed 6–0.
