At the July 16 meeting the Armstrong County Board of Commissioners approved agreements with LiveBarn and HAVIN following recommendations from Gary Montebell, Director of the Belmont Complex. Commissioner Anthony G. Shea moved both approvals and Commissioner Pat Fabian seconded; the motions carried unanimously.
