Developers Dean Nothe and Todd Wolf of ARCC Developments LLC presented a preliminary site plan to the Plan Commission on June 8, 2026, proposing commercial condominiums on Arrow Ridge Lot 7 (Parcel 246-1623-40). The proposal describes a business-incubator concept providing shop and storage space for vehicles, trailers and equipment used by construction companies and similar small businesses; developers told the Commission that Lancaster lacks buildings and land for these business types.
