Bruce Raleigh, the district's Director of Technology, delivered a broad briefing on March 19 detailing staffing, inventory and system priorities. He described a compact team (one full-time specialist, one half-time specialist and a senior-level specialist) plus a contracted PowerSchool specialist through South Coast ESD and outlined core responsibilities including network infrastructure, hardware maintenance and major software systems.
