Multiple staff speakers told trustees that payroll mistakes have been a recurring problem and are causing stress for employees. A teacher speaker (speaker 11) said, "We've had a lot of payroll issues for, like, past 6 years," listing incorrect deductions, missing PERS withholdings and misdirected benefit contributions.
