Planning board weighs county road standards in subdivision rewrite
Staff reported that current subdivision regulations lack county road standards and that the road foreman's recommended standard covers only gravel roads; the board discussed whether to require gravel-only roads or provide standards for paved surfaces as well.

Staff member (S3) told the board that the draft subdivision regulations do not include county road standards and that the road foreman provided guidance that currently assumes gravel roads. "The standards that the road foreman gave me is only gravel roads. Do you guys want all of your county subdivisions to be gravel roads?" S3 asked.
