Spring Branch ISD board approves settlement release agreement, authorizes superintendent to finalize it
The Spring Branch ISD Board of Trustees approved a settlement release agreement in the matter S.R. b/n/f L. and O. R. v. SBISD (SOAH Dkt. No. 701-24-15577; TEA Dkt. No. 242-SE-0424) by a 6-0 vote and authorized the superintendent to negotiate, finalize and execute the agreement.

The Board of Trustees of the Spring Branch Independent School District approved a settlement release agreement in the matter captioned S.R. b/n/f L. and O. R. v. SBISD (SOAH Dkt. No. 701-24-15577; TEA Dkt. No. 242-SE-0424) during its Jan. 13, 2025 special meeting. Trustee Caroline H. Bennett moved to approve the settlement and Trustee Chris Earnest seconded; the motion passed by a 6-0 vote.
