All seven board directors — Helen Bassett, ReNae Bowman, Dr. Greta Evans-Becker, Aviva Hillenbrand, Kim Holmes, Caroline Long and Dr. Kenneth Wutoh — were recorded as present for the May 13, 2025 study session. The minutes also list Dr. Teri Staloch (Superintendent) among attendees and show that no directors were absent.
