The board set a new public hearing date of August 17 for Local Law No. 3 of 2026, which would amend Chapter 13 (Code of Ethics) to align with a recently adopted conflict-of-interest policy. Staff said time got away from the board in prior meetings and that the hearing was being moved to provide opportunity for public review.
