The Tom Bean Independent School District Board of Trustees voted on March 17, 2025 to use the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) method for upcoming capital projects recommended by the long-range facility committee. Trustee Beth Hale moved the motion, and Trustee James Hamilton seconded; the motion carried 6 in favor, 0 opposed.
