Trustees approved a series of routine but consequential items: annual appointments of tax collectors for 2026–27 (including Brian Healy and village employees Michelle Bourgeois and Janice Scott), award of the compliant low bidder for water-treatment chemicals after the low bidder failed to meet requirements, and authorization for the mayor to sign the HUD civil-rights certification form for Section 8.
