Pendleton board adopts nondiscrimination policy and Title IX complaint procedures
The Pendleton School District 16 board unanimously approved policy AC (Nondiscrimination and Civil Rights) along with AC-AR(1) and AC-AR(2) (complaint procedures and sex‑based discrimination under Title IX). The motion was moved by Director Ryan Lehnert and seconded by Director Beth Harrison.
