County approves Golfside #5 final plat with multiple relaxations
The Board approved Golfside #5 Final Plat (Resolution 2026-34) after reviewing prior denials, Board of Adjustment relaxations, and Planning Commission recommendations; the county will not assume maintenance of certain access easements unless they meet road standards.

The Buffalo County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved the Golfside #5 Final Plat under Resolution 2026-34 at its July 28, 2026 meeting. Surveyor Joshua Gilbertson and property representative Scott Phillips were present; the record documents prior Planning Commission review, a previous preliminary denial, and multiple relaxations granted by the Board of Adjustment that the Board carried forward into the final approval.
