County approves Adams administrative subdivision
The Buffalo County Board of Commissioners approved the Adams Administrative Subdivision (Resolution 2026-33) after a public hearing; surveyor and trust representatives answered questions and no public opposition was recorded.

The Buffalo County Board of Commissioners approved the Adams Administrative Subdivision for property owned by the Ben M. Adams and Susan L. Adams Living Trust during its July 28, 2026 meeting. Chairperson Sherry Morrow opened the public hearing; surveyor Mitchell Humphrey and Susan Adams were present to answer questions. The board adopted Resolution 2026-33 following a motion and roll-call vote in the affirmative.
