At the July 23 meeting the Avon Town Council approved three consent-agenda items: the July 23 check register, the July 9 work session memoranda, and the July 9 minutes. For each item Councilmember Jayson Puckett moved approval and Robert Pope seconded; roll-call votes recorded a unanimous 5-0 outcome for each motion.
