During miscellaneous business, Councilman Fitzpatrick raised concerns about a large animated sign at the Sunoco on Elwood Ave. and Woodbury Glassboro Rd. Chief McAteer said the matter was a code‑enforcement issue and was being addressed. Mayor Razze asked that Resolution No. 46, 2025, which would appoint a new Borough Solicitor, be removed from the consent agenda to be voted on separately at the regular meeting.
