Each trip was presented by school leaders (Genaro Cantu, Manuel Rodriguez, Lauri Torres, Antonio De La Cerda) and approved by unanimous motion. The minutes list dates and destinations for each trip but do not detail chaperone ratios, transportation providers, or estimated costs.
