Village planning staff presented a redevelopment plan for properties at 808 Supreme Drive and 800–820 Thorndale Avenue to demolish existing obsolete structures and construct two new warehouses with accessory parking and loading. Staff described a phased approach that will reconfigure lot lines, relocate public utilities, and impose a list of conditions intended as a checklist to ensure critical elements are completed.
"The applicant is the owner of the subject property and desires to redevelop properties by raising the obsolete existing structures and constructing 2 new modern warehouses," planning staff said. The staff recommendation to approve the special use permit included the list of conditions; the board approved the permit by roll call.
