Vice‑Chairman Brett Wachsmith opened a public hearing at 2:06 p.m. to consider declaring public‑works equipment surplus and authorizing disposal under RCW 36.34.080. Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director, reviewed the equipment identified as surplus. Chad Bala, Community Development Services Director, said enabling documents had been reviewed and recommended approval.
