Director Bob Dole reported that a collision involving a semi and a car damaged the Mountain View library structure and forced temporary closure of some services. He said engineering consultants from Kaufman are on site and staff "envision getting the water turned on and public toilets resumed within days," while full structural repair and heating replacement will take weeks.
