Highway Superintendent Theis presented a change order and the final application for payment for the Polk Southeast bridge project at the July 21 meeting. Vice Chairman Ron Boruch moved to approve both the change order and the final payment as presented; Commissioner Boss seconded the motion and the roll call vote was recorded as Boruch, aye; Boss, aye.
