Representatives for a proposed commercial development — identified on the agenda as Joel Humphrey and Richard Hatfield — asked the Mona City Planning & Zoning Commission on Aug. 5 to allow a building permit approval that would be contingent on the city building inspector’s (Lane’s) later sign-off. The developers said they had uploaded many materials but that some items had not reached Lane through the Zipflow system, and they urged the commission not to add another month to the project timeline.
