The board entered executive session at 9:29 p.m. under Texas Government Code 551.076 for deliberation regarding security devices or security audits, and returned to open session at 10:17 p.m. Julia Schmoker moved to approve Security Updates as discussed in executive session; Starla Sharpe seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
