Treasurer Colleen Kennedy told the Finance Committee she had received a cash-flow analysis from PLGIT and asked the committee to consider moving money on a short-term basis. The minutes record that "the committee agreed to move money based on Controller Moser’s and Finance Director Richard Killian recommendations."
