The Rockwall ISD Board of Trustees approved a Competitive Sealed Proposal contract award for roof replacements at Springer Elementary School and Pullen Elementary School. The motion was made by Frank Conselman, seconded by Dr. Sherry Packer, and passed unanimously 7-0.
