The commission spent substantial time cleaning up definitions for non‑conforming uses and lots; members agreed to consolidate duplicate entries and struck a section they found unnecessary. They decided to restructure the code so 'uses' and 'lots' appear under a single heading and to consult the Building Department about whether a one‑year restoration period for reconstruction of non‑conforming structures is reasonable.
