The Village of Mesick board on March 11 approved a variance for property owner Chris Leman to construct a duplex on an undersized parcel, Lot #18 in Pine Grove Acres. The board recorded the motion as "MOTION BY REDDY SUPPORTED BY ABLE ALL IN FAVOR MOTION CARRIED."
