Zachary Dixon of 232 Sleepy Hollow Drive told the board he is requesting a 24-by-36 detached garage because he needs room to store a lawnmower, two motorcycles and a trailer in addition to two vehicles. "I am requesting a 24 by 36 foot detached garage that is 1 foot closer to the line than the current building code allows," Dixon said, citing accessibility and the tight layout on his side‑load attached garage.
