County staff recommended acceptance of roads and stormwater drainage improvements within the Mayfair development (Parcel E9N), in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of New Braunfels. The presenter said New Braunfels completed an inspection and provided required documentation and that county staff performed an independent inspection; the county engineer recommended approval and county staff asked the court to accept the roads into the county-maintained road system.
